RCM (Recycling Cash Management) is the perfect technological solution for dispensed, deposited and recycled banknotes within the new ATM Self Serv devices.
By entrusting the accounting management of the recirculation to a technologically advanced software such as RCM, the Bank gets significant benefits: a global and real-time view on ATM movements (cash in / cash out), on the grant operations carried out by the CIT and by the branch staff, as well as on rejected banknotes and anomalies, to improve materiality verification and subsequent accounting, reporting and forecasting operations.
RCM is a webapp developed in Java language on Tomcat Application Server, usable from any web browser and installable in cloud or on-premises. The DB is SQL Server.
